Terms for using Quantum Random Bot: giveaways, certificates, payments, data and responsibility.
General
Quantum Random Bot (the “Service”, “Bot”) is software for generating verifiable random results using quantum physical processes.
Rights holder: Vladimir Epifantsev, self-employed, Tax ID 772614196754.
What the Service is
The Bot is a technical random-selection tool and is not:
- an organizer of lotteries, gambling or promotions;
- a financial adviser or a guarantor of outcomes;
- a certified cryptographic service;
- a party to a giveaway created by a user.
Payments and refunds
A subscription is activated after successful payment. Auto-renewal is not provided unless explicitly shown in the Telegram interface.
A refund may be requested within 14 days if paid functionality has not been used.

Personal data
The Bot stores Telegram ID, username, name, interface language, plan, usage counters, giveaway data and service events.
The Bot does not store generated passwords, seed phrases, tokens or mnemonics: they are shown to the user and are not written to the database.

Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The rights holder is not liable for user decisions based on random results, external provider failures, temporary unavailability or indirect losses.
The giveaway organizer is solely responsible for legality, participation rules, prizes, taxes, platform rules and local law.
The rights holder’s liability is limited to the amount of the user’s last payment.
Prohibited use
- running unlicensed lotteries or gambling;
- participant manipulation or bypassing plan limits;
- sharing Premium/Business access with third parties;
- using the Service for illegal, harmful or fraudulent content.
Intellectual property
All rights to the Service belong to the rights holder. The user receives a limited non-exclusive right to use the Service under the selected plan.
Public giveaway certificates may be shared if the verification source link is preserved.
Changes to the Terms
The rights holder may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Service after a new version is published means acceptance of the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
